Virtual waiting room group session
Log in to the platform with your therapist credentials to enter the virtual waiting room and then your virtual room: from there you can start an online session..
You can directly access the VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM FOR GROUP SESSIONS in two locations:
– from the Online Sessions
– from the Groups.
IMPORTANT
To allow the patient to see and hear you, your browser will need permission to use your microphone and camera.
Access the virtual waiting room from the Online Sessions
- Select the ‘ONLINE SESSIONS’ item from the side menu on the left: you will see the online sessions page: here
> select GROUP SESSIONS. - Locate the group in the list or type the name
- click on
and access your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM directly- A popup will allow you to forward the invitation with the link and a personalized message to participants you haven’t forwarded it to yet.

- In your VIRTUAL GROUP SESSION WAITING ROOM you will be able to:
- set up your audio/video outputs
- Check your connection and audio/video settings
- do an audio test
- have chat available for online support.
To start the online group session with the group you have selected, just click on 
to access the virtual room.
Access the virtual waiting room from Groups
- Select ‘GROUPS’ from the side menu on the left: you’ll see the online sessions page.
- Locate the group in the list or type the name
- click on the of the group and directly access your VIRTUAL GROUP WAITING ROOM
- A popup will allow you to forward the invitation with the link and a personalized message to participants you haven’t forwarded it to yet.
