How to edit a group
As a therapist, log in to the platform with your registration credentials.
From the side menu, click on GROUPS and view the section: from here you can create and manage the lists of your Groups on the platform and view an initial overview detail.
How to edit a group
From the side menu, click on GROUPS and view the section with the list of all your groups:
View the list of groups
In the Group List table you see:
- Icon
Click to start your online group session now.
- Icon
: click to send the session invitation to all selected participants;
- You see this icon when you have never sent an invitation to the group session.
- Group name, selectable to immediately access the group profile
- Type: detail of the group type
- Number of participants: number of patients in the group, including the therapist
- Link: Click “Send Invitation” to send the session invitation to all selected participants.
Go to the profile of the group you want to edit
In the list of Groups that you see, for each group there are two distinct sections:
- that of the GENERAL DATA
- that of the ONLINE SESSIONS of that group
To edit a group, in the Group List table:
- Click on the name of the group you want to edit:
you will immediately see the section relating to the GENERAL DATA of that group. - click on
/
to expand/reduce the section to consult
- Click on EDIT to enable editing of each of the two areas that make up the GENERAL DATA section:

- GENERAL INFORMATION: name and type of group
- Group participants: you can add/remove patients and/or co-therapists
- Patients:
- Click “▼” from the drop-down menu and select the patient you want to add to this group; a list of patients who can be added to the group will be displayed.
- click “ADD”
- repeat to add other patients
- Remember: you can insert a maximum of 20 patients in the same group
- click on
to remove the patient from the group
- Update, if necessary, the invitation message for all patients to group therapy
- Therapists:
- Click “▼” from the drop-down menu and enter the name of the co-therapist you want to include in this group.
- click “ADD”
- Remember: you can insert a maximum of one co-therapist per group
- click on
to remove the therapist from the group
- Click “BACK” if you think you need to change/verify some data
- Update, if necessary, the invitation message for the co-therapist to group therapy
- Patients:
- GENERAL INFORMATION: name and type of group
- Click ‘SAVE’ to confirm the changes you made
- Click ‘CANCEL’ to cancel your changes
The update is now complete.
