View a patient’s profile

Log in to the platform with your registration credentials and click on the side menuPATIENTSor “ONLINE SESSIONS to access the sections. 

View a patient's profile from the "Patients" menu

In the PATIENTS section you will see the  LIST PATIENTS in PsyCare:

In your PATIENT LIST:

  1. Find the patient you are interested in in the list or search for them.
  2. Click on the PATIENT NAME and access that patient’s PROFILE.
    View your available contacts and information about your status on the platform:
    In more detail you will find the following information:
    • a detail icon with respect to the signature of documents (such as the Informed Consent or Privacy) that the therapist himself updates:
      •  
        – if the patient has not yet signed
      •  
        – if the patient has already signed
    • the details regarding the registration status, i.e. whether you have logged in to the platform

      • – if the patient is registered

      • – if the patient is not registered
        • click on  Invite to invite him to register on PsyCare
    • A banner that reminds you, if applicable, if the patient has not yet completed registration (i.e., if he or she has entered/confirmed his or her profile data).
The following detailed information tabs are located in the patient profile:
  • OVERVIEW
  • GENERAL DATA, for your personal data sheet
  • ONLINE SESSIONS, for your online sessions[Online Session Support]#atfp_close_translate_span#
  • DOCUMENTS for the documentation pertaining to that patient 
  • IDENTITY DOCUMENTS, for the patient’s identity documents
  • SIGNED DOCUMENTS, for documents digitally signed in PsyCare.
 

OVERVIEW

This is the tab you see by default when you view a patient’s profile.

In this section you have at your disposal:

  •  the list of activities pertaining to that patient, and you can enter your personal notes, to be checked off when you have managed them:
    • click on Add personal note and write the note you want to insert
 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Click on  GENERAL DATA  >  you can directly view the tab with the respective sections:

    • General information
    • Identity documents
    • Date and place of birth
    • Residential address

ONLINE SESSIONS

Click on ONLINE SESSIONSView all online sessions in the table with the main detailed information:

    • select   START SESSIONat the top left of the page to immediately start an online session with the patient
    • selectSIGN DOCUMENTS  to access the section relating to online digital signature and
    • click on  SEARCH to perform a search
    • click on  REFRESH to refresh the page
    • click on  If you want to start the online session with the patient: this green button tells you that the patient has already entered his VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM and is available for the online session.[Supporto: How to start an online session]#atfp_close_translate_span#
    • Click on the respective icon. to open the virtual whiteboard used during the session
    • Click on the icon.to open the session summary or to view or download the image.

DOCUMENTS

Click on DOCUMENTS  View all documents exchanged with your patient:

In more detail, the documents will be divided into:

  •  shared with the patient
  • not shared, so visible only to you

To add a document to the section:

  • select  ADD DOCUMENT at the top left right of the page to upload a new document and share it with the patient
    • Click BROWSE and choose the document to upload
      • Select ‘CANCEL’ to cancel the operation
      • Select ‘UPLOAD’ to upload the selected document.
    • Decide whether you want to share the document with the patient or just add it to their folder as a document visible only to you.
      • Do not check the box if you want to keep the document in the folder NOT visible to the patient
      • Check the box if you want to share the document and make it visible to the patient
    • click on  DOWNLOAD  to download the selected document
    • click  DELETE  to permanently delete the document from the documents section in PsyCare.

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS

Click on IDENTITY DOCUMENTS > View all personal documents you or your patient have uploaded in this section:

    • select  ADD DOCUMENT at the top left-right of the page to upload a new document and share it with the patient
      • Click BROWSE and choose the document to upload.
      • Select ‘CANCEL’ to cancel the operation.
      • select ‘UPLOAD’ to upload the selected document
        • The patient will see the document in his/her documents section in PsyCare;
    • click on  DOWNLOAD  to download the selected document
    • click  DELETE  to permanently delete the document from the Documents section in PsyCare.

SIGNED DOCUMENTS

Click on   SIGNED DOCUMENTS  View all documents digitally signed by that patient:

    • For each document you can view the status with respect to the digital signature:
      • you see  ““pending signature” if it has not yet been signed by all signatories.
      • you view “the signature date” when the document has been signed by all signatories.
    • Click on  SEARCH to search for a document among those already uploaded
    • click on  REFRESH to refresh the page
    • click on  DOWNLOAD  to download the selected document
    • click  DELETE  to permanently delete the document from the signed documents section in PsyCare.

View a patient's profile from the "Online Sessions" menu

In the ONLINE SESSIONS section you can see the  Session list:

In your SESSION LIST:

    1. Find the patient you are interested in in the list or search for them.

          • you see  “awaiting signature” if it has not yet been signed by all signatories
          • you view “the date of signature“when the document has been signed by all signatories
        • click on  SEARCH to search for a document among those already uploaded
        • click on  REFRESH to refresh the page
        • click on  DOWNLOAD  to download the selected document
        • click  DELETE  to permanently delete the document from the signed documents section in PsyCare.

  1. Click on the PATIENT NAME and access that patient’s PROFILE. Below their name, you’ll see their contact information and registration status on the platform:
