condividere un documento online

Share aOnline documents remain one of the Achilles’ heels in managing telemedicine activities, both online and in-person. First and foremost, remember that we’re talking about healthcare documentation that cannot and should not be treated like a post-it note.

Sharing without PsyCare

Once the file to be shared has been intercepted, the solution often adopted involves forwarding the file via email, rather than as an attachment in an instant messaging chat. This may seem simple, but it isn’t.

The file shared (between the therapist and the patient) in the ways we know must be downloaded to your device and then managed or in any case moved to its final destination, that is, to the folder where we will look for it when we need it.

However, most of the time, the document remains hidden in our device’s downloads until we need to retrieve it. This is a significant problem.
The recovery phase? You start by trying to remember the date when the file was received (but did we actually receive it?), or the name of the file, rather than the sender; and then you start searching in the downloads (mso, did we download it or not?!).
And the search begins with fingers crossed.

More often than not, we end up requesting/urging a new submission of the document (which, however, we already have), resulting in wasted time, obvious delays in operations, and the resulting stress—both for us and for the other user.

How to solve the problem? The ideal would be to be able to send, save, and share a document almost instantly, right in the destination folder, where the other person knows they’ll find it. No emails, no messages.

For each of their patients, the therapist displays a dedicated Documents folder in their respective profiles. The patient also sees the same folder (for shared documents) and has the same name. Both can add a document by simply clicking ADD DOCUMENT. It will be immediately available for download and will remain stored and available in that folder unless the therapist decides to delete it.
