How do I start an online session?

Start an online session now  

1. Select  that you see on your Home Page and access directly to your virtual waiting room for an individual session:
   • Select ASK TO ENTER to inform the therapist of your arrival and wait
     
     In the virtual waiting room, before asking to enter, you can:
   • you can click on  to check the quality of your connection
   • You can click X to permanently close the VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM with the therapist, without starting the online session.
2. The online session will begin as soon as the therapist enters your virtual room.

Start an online session from your ONLINE SESSIONS section.

1. Select the item  ONLINE SESSIONS  from the side menu visible on the top left: you will see the page with the list of your sessions.
   
2. Click START in the respective row of the session you need to begin and go directly to its VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM:
   
   • Select ASK TO ENTER to inform the therapist of your arrival and wait.
   • In the virtual waiting room, before asking to enter, you can:
     • click on  to check the quality of your connection
     • Click X to permanently close the VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM with the therapist, without starting the online session.
3. The online session will begin as soon as the therapist enters your virtual room.
