Enrollment Plans
Registration Plan from HOME
Log in to the platform with your credentials. Go to the HOME page and see your plan information in the top left corner:
On the HOME page you can:
- Click on the “plan name” to view the plan details
- Click on “UPGRADE” to change your plan
Enrollment Plan Detail
By selecting the plan name you will be redirected to the detail page of the plan you have subscribed to. and view all the plan details:

- plan name (Basic – (in the example)
- plan cost/time (Free forever – (in the example)
- Planned and active features (available patients and signatures, and all basic guarantees and features)
- ACTIVE PATIENTS detail: number of active patients/number of possible patients for the plan
- detail DIGITAL SIGNATURES USED: no. of digital signatures used / no. of digital signatures available
- the date on which the plan is due for renewal
Plan Upgrade
- STANDARD Plan:
- click on <
> or on <
> to enroll now in the new plan - click on <
> to start a free 20-day trial period
- choose how to proceed:
- CANCEL to cancel your trial period selection and return to the plan page
- CONFIRM to start your trial period immediately:
– a banner in the section will always keep you updated on the validity times of the trial period
- click on <
- PROFESSIONAL Plan
- click on <
> or <> to sign up for the new plan now - click on <
> to start a 20-day free trial period
- choose how to proceed:
- CANCEL to cancel your trial period selection and return to the plan page
- CONFIRM to start your trial period immediately:
– a banner in the section will always keep you updated on the validity times of the trial period
- click on <
- STANDARD Plan:
Trial Period
The membership plans available in PsyCare allow you to complete a one-time trial period for one plan only.
During the trial period you will have access to all the features provided for the plan completely free and without any obligation for 20 days.
Membership Plan from Personal Profile
Log in to the platform with your credentials. You’ll see the HOME page and a logo with your initials in the top right corner:
- Click on the logo with your initials and view the options:
- Personal profile
- Support
- Regulations
- Exit
- click on
and access your profile page; here you have the following sections:
- Personal Data
- Enrollment Plan
- Account Credentials
Enrollment Plan Details
Selecting SUBSCRIPTION PLAN and view the details of the plan you have subscribed to and view all the plan details:

- plan name (Basic – (in the example)
- plan cost/time (Free forever – (in the example)
