How to register with PsyCare

To register as a Patient in PsyCare, it is necessary and essential that your Therapist “invites” you to register on the platform. Your Therapist must already be subscribed and registered with PsyCare, otherwise they will not be able to invite you to use it.

The therapist can invite you via:
• an SMS, which you will receive on your mobile number
• an email, which will arrive at your email address.

Let’s look at the various steps below, in more detail.
Firstly, your therapist must have access to your active mobile number and email address contacts, otherwise it is impossible for them to proceed.

App Registration

Invitation "via SMS"

When your therapist invites you “via SMS”, you receive an SMS message on the mobile number you previously shared with them. In the SMS you receive, you will find a personal link, by clicking on which you can proceed with registration on PsyCare directly from your mobile device.

REMEMBER: you must have downloaded the App to proceed with registration on it.

You just need to click on the link displayed in the message and proceed with completing the registration.

On iOS devices, we suggest preferring Chrome as the reference browser.

Invitation "via email"

When your therapist invites you “via email,” you will directly receive the registration invitation in your email inbox.

PLEASE NOTE: You must have downloaded the App to proceed with registration.

You just need to open the email and click on the “REGISTRATION” button displayed in the email text and proceed with completing the information.

Please remember to check your junk (or SPAM) folder as well!

On iOS devices, we recommend using Chrome as your preferred browser.

Completion

After clicking the ‘REGISTER’ button, you will be redirected to the App page where you can sign up by entering the required information in the respective sections to fill out, as shown in the image below:

The following fields are identified:

your first name
your last name
your mobile number
your email
email confirmation field
the password you want to use

You may find some fields pre-filled:

always check that everything is written correctly
edit where necessary

BE CAREFUL: the email address entered in the second field must be the same as the one in the first field, you just need to repeat it to confirm it. You will need it for login, so make sure it is active and accessible.

Password: in this field, you will need to enter your personal password, that is, the one you will use (together with your email) to access PsyCare; make sure to choose it according to the required security criteria, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Check the box to accept the “Privacy Policy” and “Terms and Conditions” (checking the box is necessary to proceed): we invite you to click on them to access the respective documents and review them.
Check the box to accept receiving emails from PsyCare regarding suggestions, news, and offers (checking the box is optional and you can change this setting at any time).

After filling out this section, proceed by clicking on “REGISTER.”
You will be redirected to the login page, where you can access PsyCare by entering the credentials you registered with:
